A G-Wave In Mindfulness

Unseen, but transformative

A G-Wave, in physics, is a ripple moving through the fabric of reality, known not by what we see directly, but by the effect it leaves behind. Riding the Wave is intended to move through human experience in much the same way—touching something beneath the surface of how we think, feel, and understand ourselves.

Riding the Wave is not a book you simply read, but something you begin to recognize within yourself.

It begins from a simple truth: we are not still. We are made up of neearly 70 percent water.  Thoughts shift. Emotions rise and pass. Memory moves beneath awareness, shaping how we respond long before we understand why. In many ways, we are oceans walking on land.

Within each of us there is a space where all of this unfolds. This work calls it the Inner Sea. It is not something we invent, but something we remember. What has been missing is not its presence, but our awareness of it—our willingness to feel it, to listen to it, and to understand the currents already moving within us.

And beneath all that movement, something steady remains. Just as the ocean carries its own tides, rhythms, and unseen depths, each of us carries a single piece of music in our soul—something as unique as a fingerprint, as recognizable as a voice. Life changes the lyrics. It alters the roles we play, the losses we endure, and the roads we travel. But the music remains, steady beneath it all.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about recognizing what has always been there—learning to move with it rather than against it, and meeting ourselves with awareness and clarity instead of resistance.

From this, everything else begins to grow: new forms of storytelling, tools for the next generations, and a different way of relating to the movement of life itself.

This book is the beginning.

Why This Matters Now

A pandemic moved across the world and did more than take lives. It unsettled how we gather, how we trust, how we carry one another.  And before we could regain our footing, another force began to rise—the force of artificial intelligence—faster, quieter, and far less understood, reshaping how we think, how we work, and how we begin to measure ourselves against machines.

This is not a passing moment. It is a turning.

And what it asks of us will not be small. It will ask for steadiness in the middle of uncertainty, for clarity in the presence of endless distraction, and for a kind of inner foundation that cannot be downloaded, purchased, or programmed from the outside.

And those who will feel it most are not the adults still learning how to navigate the world that is already changing around them. It is the children.

They are stepping into a world of constant stimulation, endless comparison, and accelerating change. Too many will be asked to stand in the current without ever being taught how to recognize themselves beneath the pressure of it.

That is the gap—and it is widening.

Riding the Wave begins earlier. It becomes the well from which other works may rise—stories, music, and experiences designed to help both adults and younger generations remain connected to themselves in a world increasingly pulling them away from their own inner voice.

This is why it matters now.

Because the future will not slow down for us. But it can be met—not with fear or numbness, but with the kind of awareness that allows a human being to remain grounded, compassionate, and fully alive within it.

And that is how we shape ourselves and the next generation.

Music From The Inner Sea

Throughout Riding the Wave, readers will encounter original songs, written and performed by Galit -- woven directly into the journey itself through embedded QR codes, allowing the emotional movement of selected chapters to continue beyond the page.

Each piece is intended to echo the inner life of the chapter it accompanies—not simply illustrating the ideas, but carrying them deeper into feeling, memory, and experience, where the reader is invited not only to understand the journey intellectually, but to hear and feel it moving beneath the surface.

What follows is an early glimpse into that world.

THE NEXT WAVE

2DD38AED-1A49-45F6-AF30-B06431A168FE.PNG

Riding the Wave is meant to come first. It lays the foundation, introducing the Inner Sea and the understanding that beneath all the noise of our lives, something within us is still trying to remember its own rhythm.

But the vision does not end there.

From that sea, another current is intended to rise. That current is Wave Rider—a series of stories created for younger generations, not to help them escape the world, but to help them remain human within it.

Mirroring the great journeys that have always captured the imagination of children, Wave Rider is intended to open the door to adventure, wonder, friendship, danger, discovery, and the feeling that something larger than ourselves is moving beneath the surface of things. But unlike worlds built on fantasy alone, the deeper currents beneath these stories are rooted in something real.

Wave Rider meets young people where they are—not through instruction, but through experience. Through stories that allow them to steady themselves in fear, remain present in uncertainty, and recognize the movement within their emotions instead of being consumed by it.

Like the story of the protagonist of Wave Rider, a young boy who, upon entering his Inner Sea, meets his higher self — a guide who leads him into extraordinary adventures through hidden worlds, memory, emotion, and the unseen currents connecting all life.

This is not separate from Riding the Wave. It grows from it. The first book lays the ground. Wave Rider carries the current forward, giving younger generations a language for the inner world before life teaches them to turn away from it.

And perhaps the greatest gift we can leave behind is not protection from the waves, but the courage, awareness, and compassion to teach them how to ride them.

The School Of The Inner Sea

Coming 2028

Learn. Practice. Transform

The School of the Inner Sea is an online learning environment built on the philosophy of Riding the Wave—a place where the ideas of the book move from concept into practice.

Through guided courses, participants will learn how to work with the inner currents that shape thought, emotion, and behavior, and how to integrate those principles into daily life.

The school will offer a pathway to certification, preparing individuals to become Navigators—those who can guide others in applying these practices in meaningful, grounded ways.

Courses will explore themes such as presence, emotional resilience, and the practical application of awareness—what it means, in real terms, to “walk on water.”

This is not simply a program. It is the beginning of a shared language, a discipline, and a community built around the lived experience of the inner sea.
